When I started in real estate, I noticed the same pattern over and over: buyers who qualified for down payment assistance programs had no idea those programs existed. They were waiting — saving money they didn't need to save — while the programs sat unused.

I made it my focus to change that. I trained specifically in DPA programs available in Palm Beach County and built relationships with the lenders who actually process them. Today, most of my clients are first-time buyers who come in thinking homeownership is years away — and close on their home in about 45 days.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which matters in a county where a significant portion of buyers are more comfortable discussing finances, contracts, and timelines in Spanish. Either way, you get the same explanation, the same honesty, and the same follow-through.
